Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Case Resolution Specialist to join our team at DISH Network. As a key member of our customer advocacy team, you will be responsible for resolving highly escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with internal departments to investigate complaints and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to reduce customer escalations and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
