Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Case Resolution Specialist to join our team at DISH Network. As a key member of our customer advocacy team, you will be responsible for resolving highly escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with internal departments to investigate complaints and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to reduce customer escalations and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
