Role Overview

Utilize your meticulous attention to detail as a **Client Support Specialist** within our esteemed organization that specializes in environmental and regulated waste management solutions.

Collaborating with a dedicated team of customer experience, sales, and compliance experts, you will be instrumental in coordinating waste disposal requirements in accordance with service agreements. Your primary focus will be on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills developed through extensive experience.
  • Address customer needs through proficient communication via email and phone.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in sales initiatives to foster revenue growth.
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate departments and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Prepare client profiles and manage cases for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and challenges.
  • Review customer orders to guarantee timely fulfillment.

  • Provide insights for process enhancements to improve customer service efficiency.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in account management or customer service, OR a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven customer service and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Experience in waste management and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Ariba, or Oracle.
  • Experience in reviewing service contracts and leading projects.
