Overview:


Lutron is in search of a proactive customer-focused individual to join the US Customer Service team as a Client Support Specialist.

Acting as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience for all inquiries

Collaborating with various departments to resolve issues promptly

Employing your analytical skills to devise innovative solutions to business challenges

Taking the initiative to broaden your understanding of our products and different facets of our operations

Qualifications:

To be considered, you should have:
A High School Technical degree (any field) or a Bachelor's degree in progress or completed

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Fluency in English

Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to accommodate an in-office schedule
