Job Description

Are you prepared to provide exceptional client experiences? Daxko's Client Support Team is looking for an energetic individual to join as a Client Support Specialist. In this position, you will serve as the vital link between our software solutions and our clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed promptly and effectively. This role involves assisting with various Daxko software applications, so adaptability and proactive engagement are essential qualities we seek.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication via email, phone, and live chat
  • Deliver product training and consulting to assist clients in maximizing software use
  • Identify and resolve technical issues swiftly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions
  • Stay informed on policies and procedures to provide accurate assistance
  • Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and overall company performance
  • Achieve call and case targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development to become a product authority
Requirements
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Skilled in multitasking and proficient in computer operations
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced client service environment
  • Capable of managing challenging situations while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Flexible availability for shifts between 7am - 7pm CST, including occasional on-call hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in client service or technical support
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce
