About the Role:

Alacrity Solutions is a leading provider of insurance claims services, and we are seeking a skilled Subrogation Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Subrogation Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying legal liability and pursuing, negotiating, and settling subrogation claims in various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigation, negotiation, and recovery of first-party Automobile, Property, or Workers' Compensation claim losses
Ability to negotiate within parameters of client authorization and file arbitration or refer matters to subrogation counsel when necessary

Requirements:

Superior organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication
Excellent computer skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience handling Automobile liability, General Liability, or subrogation as a claims representative working for either an insurance company or TPA
Excellent understanding of claims terminologies, litigation management, negotiation, and arbitration

Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
