As a Subrogation Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Technical Recovery Team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless claim handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate claims and gather information from policyholders, adverse third parties, and insurance carriers.
  • Enter data into the client claim platform and create files as needed.
  • Download documents and request police and fire reports to support the recovery process.
  • Order plate checks and other support documentation requested by the Recovery Team.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in claims support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
