As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for securing and managing service accounts while fostering robust relationships with both new and existing clients to achieve the branch's revenue objectives.

This role requires independent judgment and discretion regarding significant matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Surpass sales targets by leveraging company resources for service and repair expansion and minimizing cancellations.

Oversee service accounts by engaging with clients in your designated area, cultivating ongoing relationships to better understand their needs and preferences, including liaising with related groups.

Formulate capital strategies for clients to meet their immediate and future facility requirements.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of company offerings by participating in training sessions and reviewing equipment manuals and supplier documentation, including local elevator code standards.

Generate repair job proposals by estimating labor and associated costs through estimating software.

For items outside the software, acquire pricing from suppliers and perform manual calculations, including blueprint reviews, equipment surveys, and collaboration with operations personnel for additional insights and approvals.

Prepare bids for service contracts, which may involve blueprint assessments and equipment surveys, while coordinating with operations personnel for further input and approvals.

Address written and verbal inquiries regarding quoted repairs and service contracts, ensuring follow-up with clients on all service and repair proposals.

Track the status of active service contracts by visiting job sites and clients within your territory, ensuring satisfaction with services provided and resolving any outstanding issues.

Engage with service clients about contract renewals prior to expiration; inform them of any applicable price adjustments.

Maintain organized and timely records of sales activities, including proposals, bookings, losses, and cancellations, utilizing company-provided sales management tools.

Employ systems for various tracking functions.
Assist in accounts receivable collection efforts to ensure timely payments from clients.
Conduct follow-ups with clients on all proposals.

Visit project sites as necessary and collaborate with the operations department to ensure client needs and deadlines are met.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience:
At least 3 years in a related field.
A valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report are required.

Local Travel Expectations: 10%
