Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Director to lead our Member Care team in delivering exceptional service to our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, developing strategies, and ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead a team of 30 agents in delivering exceptional member service, develop and implement training programs, and ensure all training material is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement new strategies in response to trends and emerging issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery to our members.
  • Partner with Operations Manager: Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the department, including personnel, equipment, and other affected areas.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure quality control across Member and internal touchpoints through monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback on those activities.
  • Compliance and Adherence: Ensure overall compliance with government regulations and company policies, and adherence to the call centers budget and financial targets.
  • Member Satisfaction: Ensure members and prospects receive fast, courteous, and accurate service on requests received.
  • Performance Improvement: Administer performance improvement plans and meet regularly with direct reports to assist with professional development and achieve assigned service and behavioral goals.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of four (4) years in call center operations leadership experience with an emphasis on driving performance and exceptional service delivery.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in management or other related field of study preferred, and a working knowledge of Credit Union or financial institution laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to think critically, independently, and creatively to develop strategies and solutions, strong communication skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously, and a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
