POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is to oversee the management of gift-in-kind contributions within the HELM inventory system. This position is responsible for maintaining product data, values, and classifications, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the acquisition and maintenance of product information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administers the management of gift-in-kind contributions through the HELM inventory system.
  • Ensures accurate data collection and valuation for all incoming gift-in-kind donations.
  • Oversees categorization of food, products, and bulk items within HELM and the associated web portal.
  • Conducts monthly cycle counts and reconciliations of inventory.
  • Manages the API lookup process and its integration with HELM.
  • Collaborates with the OMC Compassion Ministries team and Warehouse team to ensure safe processing and distribution of products.
  • Records data accurately and efficiently into complex software systems.
  • Assists in the enhancement of HELM across OMC's campuses and national locations.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with gift-in-kind donors, partners, and vendors.
  • Ensures inventory accuracy for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Operations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to foster a sense of partnership and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive and initiative.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced education preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with inventory databases preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
