About the Role

Parkway Title is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support our team in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist the Title office with clerical duties, including opening files, preparing documents, and handling incoming calls.
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to Escrow Officers, including filing recordable documents and preparing closing documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Escrow department.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of industry-related experience, preferably in Escrow and/or Mortgage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working with title industry software, such as SoftPro, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with loan documents and knowledge of loan origination systems, including Encompass, is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume environment is a plus.
