Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to our guests. You'll work efficiently to ensure perfect food is cooked every meal, adhering to recipes and procedural direction. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to our guests' satisfaction
  • Adhere to recipes, procedural direction, and prep lists
  • Clean and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Work efficiently to ensure perfect food is cooked every meal
  • Maintain compliance with food service health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards
  • Support all kitchen teammates
  • Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
Requirements
  • High-volume line cook experience preferred
  • Valid state-accredited food safety and handling certification
  • Ability to hear and communicate with staff in a loud work environment
  • Ability to withstand temperatures equal to or less than 0oF and equal to or greater than 100oF
  • Prolonged periods of standing and working up to 8 hours in a kitchen
  • Ability to lift, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 50 feet
