Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Twenty Four Seven Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our guests, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our guests, adhering to our brand standards and quality control procedures.
  • Set up and maintain food preparation areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for food preparation and service.
  • Monitor and control food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service, maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the Chef/Department Manager regarding menu planning, inventory management, and other kitchen-related matters.
  • Follow established sanitation and food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a healthy dining environment.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handling cash, room charges, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • One year of line cook experience preferred, with a strong background in food preparation and service.
