About the Role

As the Vice President of Revenue Growth at W3Global Inc, you will be instrumental in advancing our vision to transform healthcare through the innovative application of Medical AI and its various disease modules, potentially extending patient lifespans by up to twenty years. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and leverage business opportunities with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, focusing on medical and healthcare organizations.

Your efforts will center around our flagship product, Medical AI, which offers real-time risk assessment, predicts patient outcomes, and suggests personalized next steps to prevent adverse health events while identifying undiagnosed conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in healthcare innovation through Medical AI.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to surpass revenue objectives and foster company growth.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with decision-makers (C-suite) in healthcare entities, including insurance firms, hospital networks, and accountable care organizations.
  • Assess and comprehend the specific needs of prospective clients, effectively articulating how Medical AI can meet those needs by reducing costs, enhancing revenue, improving health outcomes, and elevating quality.
  • Showcase the advantages of Medical AI to potential clients, including:
    • Real-time hyper-personalized risk assessment
    • Predictive analytics for patient deterioration, improvement, or hospitalization
    • Next Best Actions to avert hospitalizations and enhance health outcomes
    • Identification of patients with previously unknown conditions
  • Navigate intricate sales processes and collaborate closely with the executive team to secure C-suite endorsement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare economics, current medical analytics trends, and AI technologies to facilitate meaningful discussions with clients.
  • Work alongside internal teams, including product development and marketing, to customize proposals for diverse clients.
  • Steer the sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and finalization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in enterprise sales, ideally within the healthcare sector, focusing on technology solutions, AI, or data-centric products.
  • Demonstrated capability to close large, complex transactions, including experience engaging with C-suite executives.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, medical economics, and analytics.
  • Experience in a high-growth company from Series A to Series C or exit.
  • Ability to independently devise and execute sales strategies, coupled with a self-driven and proactive mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging in C-level discussions and building client relationships.
  • Experience selling to the business side of healthcare providers, insurance companies, and accountable care organizations is highly valued.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline while exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strategic thinker capable of tailoring product value propositions to various client segments.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and participate in industry events.
