Inside Sales Representative Job Description

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing revenue and market share.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
