Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at 347 Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, scopes of work, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project information in our company's project tracking system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project deadlines and customer commitments are met.
  • Lead project meetings to review status and project needs with leadership and team members.
  • Attend customer meetings to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and complete project files for closeout.
  • Work overtime as needed to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of project management experience in the telecom industry or underground construction.
  • Excellent customer service and interaction skills.
  • Established relationships with county agencies.
  • Knowledge of public and private right of ways, including permitting processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work overtime.
