Key Responsibilities:

  • Subcontractor Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring that their work meets the required quality standards and that they are aware of and comply with all project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that the work meets the required quality standards and that any defects or issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other team members, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with project progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project, working closely with the project manager and other team members to find solutions that meet the project's needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of subcontractors and other stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction management software.
