Construction Sales Representative

About the Role
Morton Buildings, Inc. is a leading provider of post-frame construction solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to meet or exceed sales budgets
- Grow existing market share and expand into new territories
- Coordinate with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and customers to deliver high-quality projects
- Utilize technology to manage complex projects and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
- Commercial sales experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies
