About the Job

  • Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong communication skills.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Service Department with phone calls and data entry.
  • They will also assist the service advisor at the desk, gather vehicle/customer information, and obtain customer signatures on repair orders.
  • The successful candidate will be able to update customers on repair progress and status changes, and work with the accounting office on account issues and credits.

Responsibilities

  • Gather vehicle/customer information for repairs, including invoicing.
  • Support the Service Department with phone calls and data entry.
  • Assist the service advisor at the desk.
  • Document customers' vehicle issues and maintenance needs accurately.
  • Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and provide copies to customers.
