Service Department Coordinator

The Service Department Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Job
- Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong communication skills.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Service Department with phone calls and data entry.
- They will also assist the service advisor at the desk, gather vehicle/customer information, and obtain customer signatures on repair orders.
- The successful candidate will be able to update customers on repair progress and status changes, and work with the accounting office on account issues and credits.
Responsibilities
- Gather vehicle/customer information for repairs, including invoicing.
- Support the Service Department with phone calls and data entry.
- Assist the service advisor at the desk.
- Document customers' vehicle issues and maintenance needs accurately.
- Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and provide copies to customers.
