Job Summary

The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with Direct to Employer (DTE) leadership and the AVP of Service Line and Field Marketing to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that effectively communicates Memorial Hermann's DTE offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including businesses, government officials, and community groups.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous management experience and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
