Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Business Marketing to lead our business-to-business marketing initiatives and strategy. This pivotal role is essential for driving lead generation, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and aligning with our ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote Ezee Fiber's internet services.
  • Identify market opportunities and devise plans to capitalize on them.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential business clients.
  • Implement and optimize lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the internet or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
