Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a prestigious Law Firm. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR generalist capacity, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

Schedule | Location: HYBRID (3 Days In Office, 2 Days Remote)

Compensation: $115 - $130K (based on experience) + Discretionary Bonus

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree MANDATORY
  • SPHR/PHR certification and/or advanced degree is preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant HR Generalist experience in a professional services context, ideally in a Law Firm.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Workday knowledge and experience with an LMS system are advantageous.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the recruitment and onboarding processes for Professional Staff.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations during recruitment efforts.
  • Address Employee Relations matters and participate in internal investigations.
  • Contribute to staff learning and development initiatives, including conducting New Hire Orientation.
  • Assist in policy administration, including the creation, revision, and interpretation of policies.
  • Provide general HR support and guidance to all domestic and international offices.
