Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will work closely with our team of estimators, construction managers, and support staff to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Review project plans and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance and ensure quality construction standards
  • Analyze and manage risks to ensure project success
  • Prepare internal and external reports on job status and progress
Requirements
  • Proven working experience in construction management
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages
  • Ability to plan and see the "big picture"
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Leadership and human resources management skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
