Housing Stability Specialist

At Equus, we are seeking a skilled Housing Stability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce solutions team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families achieve long-term housing stability and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with residents, community partners, and other service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff, agencies, and partnering organizations.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain accurate records of client progress.
- Develop and implement housing stability plans that address client needs and promote self-sufficiency.
- Provide support and resources to clients experiencing homelessness, helping them overcome barriers to stable housing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to travel throughout the county and work in a fast-paced environment.
