About the Role:

Dalsin Industries Inc is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Control Expert to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to new employees.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a progressive quality department.
  • Knowledge of statistical software.
