About the Position

This Manufacturing Quality Engineer role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our die casting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

You will lead problem-solving teams to address customer complaints and internal quality issues, manage internal and external corrective actions and preventive actions, and utilize problem-solving tools to improve die cast process performance and reduce scrap.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality plans and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their quality skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to quality activities and performance metrics.
  • Communicate quality issues and progress to management and stakeholders.
