Overview: The Program Coordinator is accountable for the comprehensive management, alignment, and successful delivery of various projects, ensuring that objectives, strategies, and financial plans are met in accordance with PMC's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of designated projects.

- Create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, resource needs, and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Anticipate resource requirements and formulate budgets accordingly.

- Generate reports that detail project status, challenges, and proposed solutions.

- Oversee project budgets, resource distribution, timelines, and schedules.

- Continuously track and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

- Optimize project performance, mitigate risks, and foster positive relationships with all project participants and stakeholders.

- Propose strategic initiatives and conduct reviews, ensuring that production, efficiency, quality, and customer service benchmarks are met.

- Implement and manage changes to project plans to achieve desired outcomes.

- Assess and evaluate project results upon completion.

Additional Duties:

- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management.

Skills:

- Proficient project management abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Adaptability to changing assignments and priorities.

- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

- Ability to present information clearly and effectively.

- Competence in managing multiple tasks and setting priorities.

Knowledge:

- Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, techniques, and tools.

- Advanced knowledge of project management software.

- Familiarity with strategic planning, risk management, and change management.

- Proficient in budget management.

Preferred Certifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
