  • Understanding both business and technical project objectives and collaborating closely with project sponsors.
  • Creating project charters and work plans, tracking budget and schedule progress through relevant metrics.
  • Establishing project organization, methodologies, and defining roles and responsibilities.
  • Documenting risks and formulating mitigation strategies while managing project scope.
  • Implementing a comprehensive communication plan, building effective teams, assigning tasks, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Negotiating resource allocation and maintaining communication with stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Providing technical support to team members and managing complex application features and designs.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of components necessary for intricate application features.
  • Exercising management responsibility for achieving performance, revenue, and profit objectives.

Additional Requirements:

Professional certification in project management is highly desirable. The role may require specific technical skills related to various operating systems and applications. The candidate will be responsible for the overall direction of project formulation, development, implementation, and delivery.

The Project Manager will ensure that project plans are maintained, including tasks, schedules, estimates, and status updates, while disseminating information to team members and stakeholders. The role demands a self-directed individual capable of coordinating and completing projects, overseeing all aspects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and summarizing project progress for upper management.
