Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients through the childbirth process.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes
  • Serve as a role model and clinical resource for staff members
Requirements:
  • Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or Compact State
  • BSN degree from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
  • BCPI Training & Certification required within 6 months
