Interview Process: In-person and onsite role

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and deploy Windows 10 professional desktop and laptop systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software and peripheral devices including webcams, printers, and scanners.

- Provide support for Microsoft Office 2016 and later versions; familiarity with MS 365 is advantageous.

- Utilize Microsoft SCCM for imaging PCs and deploying software.

- Manage Active Directory tasks, including updating account settings and adding users to groups.

- Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills.

- Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, planning, record-keeping, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and application issues for both networked and standalone systems.

- Provide second-level help desk support.

- A valid California Driver's License is required.
