At Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with approximately 7:45AM to 4:45PM working hours.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling emergency calls and multi-day installs
  • Dispatching installers to jobs

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty, and geographic efficiency
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs
  • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers

Qualifications:

  • HVAC or Plumbing dispatch experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work with very minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential
  • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor
  • Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task
  • Have strong computer and tech ability. Computer and various software applications are used throughout the day.
  • Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
