Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at the Foley Cancer Center. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and collaborating with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing or physician assistant practice, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialty area such as pain management, orthopedics, emergency medicine, psychiatry, endocrinology, or oncology. A master's degree in nursing or a graduate degree from an American Medical Association-approved physician assistant educational program is required. Additionally, the selected candidate must hold a license with the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation and advanced certification by a national certifying organization recognized by the Vermont Nursing Board's scope of practice, or be licensed by the Vermont Medical Board with certification by a national certifying organization recognized by the Vermont Medical Board for scope of practice.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. The position also offers a stable work environment with no weeknight call coverage and one weekend per month on-call duties.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain quality assurance and continuous quality improvement programs, establish and maintain effective working relations with patients, staff, and public, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. You will also be expected to meet deadlines under pressure and navigate Microsoft Office desktop applications effectively.
