Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform General Ledger account reconciliations
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Oversee month-end closing processes
  • Manage accounting functions for international subsidiaries
  • Participate in audit preparations and census processing
  • Compile information for contract bidding
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience
  • Proven experience in managing senior team members
  • Knowledge of lease accounting regulations
  • Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV)
  • Background in handling foreign currency transactions
  • Knowledge of sales and use tax regulations
