Position Overview:
The Human Capital Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding consulting projects aimed at understanding and enhancing Human Resource (HR) strategies. This position involves analyzing current practices, formulating recommendations, and implementing HR solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting modules focused on human capital management, encompassing areas such as workforce planning, competency frameworks, onboarding processes, training initiatives, career development, and performance evaluation.
- Utilize knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies specific to human capital to inform decision-making.
- Support strategic consulting efforts through comprehensive data analysis, crafting actionable recommendations, and delivering impactful products for clients.
- Maintain a security clearance as required for the role.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in providing support to Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
- Demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $47,000.00 and $96,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this position and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation strategy.
Work Environment:
Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. Depending on the position's classification, you may work from a Booz Allen or client site facility as needed.
