Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting modules focused on human capital management, encompassing areas such as workforce planning, competency frameworks, onboarding processes, training initiatives, career development, and performance evaluation.
  • Utilize knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies specific to human capital to inform decision-making.
  • Support strategic consulting efforts through comprehensive data analysis, crafting actionable recommendations, and delivering impactful products for clients.
  • Maintain a security clearance as required for the role.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing support to Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $47,000.00 and $96,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this position and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation strategy.
