Roles & Responsibilities:
Serves as Subject Matter Expert in Benefits, providing expertise in Workday HCM basics, inbound and outbound vendor integrations for ongoing administration, payroll close cycles, and special projects such as the Annual Open Enrollment cycle.

Assists with ongoing Vendor Management, serving as a technical liaison between third party benefits vendors, internal technical development team, and benefits stakeholders.

Monitors benefit integrations output and performance by troubleshooting errors and identifying data trends that require robust solutions.

Serves as the primary point of contact for Workday Advanced Compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and equity award cycles.

Leads the configuration and execution of compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Performs system assessments to ensure accuracy in compensation processes and troubleshooting issues.

Oversees the setup, configuration, and testing of year-end compensation events.

Provides expertise in updating existing compensation plans and making necessary adjustments for business needs.

Proven experience supporting the year-end compensation process for a Workday HCM client, preferably within the retail industry.

Expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and equity plans within Workday.

Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to address complex compensation-related issues.
