We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. Additionally, experience with integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party applications and performing API-based integrations within the ServiceNow platform is required. Retail Service Management experience is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing complex workflows, writing automation scripts, and migrating the ServiceNow data model between instances. Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, and Scripting knowledge are essential. ITIL / ServiceNow certification is an added advantage.
