Job Summary

Culligan International is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Community Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This key role will be responsible for fostering effective communication with our customers and stakeholders across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Brand Voice: Create and execute social media and communication strategies that align with our brand's tone and personality.
  • Monitor and Respond to Feedback: Track online commentary and feedback, working closely with the Community Manager to craft thoughtful and engaging responses.
  • Content Distribution and Calendar Management: Oversee content distribution across platforms, collaborating with the marketing team to build a functional calendar based on internal and external campaigns.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as the face of Culligan International, embodying our values and mission in all interactions.
  • Network and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a conduit between our North American dealership network and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency across their social platforms.
  • Local SEO Optimization: Manage local SEO optimization with our North American dealership network, including Google Business Profile, in collaboration with agency partners and dealership network.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Build monthly and quarterly reports to assess progress against key performance indicators and benchmarks, increasing engagement among our North American platform audience and building brand equity on new and emerging channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to understand and implement optimal social media practices.
  • Industry Trends and Developments: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, water treatment advancements, and community developments to ensure our brand remains relevant and responsive.
Requirements
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably within the water treatment, environmental, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of key social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and content creation platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals.
  • Design experience preferred.
