Position Overview
  • The Business Development Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting our services to small enterprises and residential clients, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales. The primary objective is to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proven capability to develop a lead list from the ground up, engage prospects through sales and marketing initiatives, and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Passionate about fostering relationships with small businesses, informing them about NerdsToGo offerings, and securing service agreements.
  • Manages lead databases, including data entry and guiding leads through the NerdsToGo Sales Process.
  • Implements sales and grassroots marketing strategies throughout the local community.
  • Organizes daily routes and completes Sales Tracking documentation.
  • Regularly follows up with leads and existing small business clients.
  • Participates in business networking events and community gatherings to boost brand recognition and present NerdsToGo services.
  • Exhibits excellent presentation skills, high energy, exceptional prospecting abilities, and a history of achieving sales targets through strategic planning and solution selling.
  • Demonstrates a solid track record of closing sales and converting leads into customers.
