About the Job:
We're looking for a skilled Service Leader to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team, developing their skills and knowledge, and providing coaching and feedback to help them grow and succeed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment, ensuring hand washing and glove changes, and monitoring time and temperature on the line.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
  • You should have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
  • You should have familiarity with office paperwork.
