Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire clinical professionals, including therapists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists
  • Manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical hiring managers and hiring teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical talent into our organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical recruitment
Requirements
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical functions
  • Proficient experience utilizing Greenhouse (ATS) on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
