About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the oncology market. As a District Business Manager, you will be the key interface between our company and healthcare professionals, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue in the oncology market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists
  • Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support the development of business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, life sciences, or healthcare
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development, with a strong track record of success
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific and clinical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
