Join Waterway Carwash as a Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Waterway Carwash. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly employees, managing daily operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, positively and enthusiastically greet customers, identify needs, and sell car wash services, memberships, and other services.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Coordinate daily store production through planning and execution, staff store based on forecasted business needs, and adjust in response to changes in demand.
  • Lead and Manage Employees: Provide daily direction and coaching to employees to enhance performance and employee satisfaction, coach, mentor, and develop employees, and create a positive, professional, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree or above, or at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or management roles, professional sales, or military leadership.
  • Availability: Available to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors year-round, exposed to wide temperature variations, and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
