IT Business Relationship Manager

Lakeshore Talent is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to act as the primary point of contact between the IT department and various business units within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that business needs and objectives are effectively communicated to IT, fostering a strong partnership and alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the development of IT strategies that align with the organization's overall goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring IT solutions add value and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, business relationship management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and how they align with IT systems.
- Proven ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hybrid work model (combination of remote and in-office work).
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
