Cardiology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cardiology service line team at Hartford HealthCare. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients admitted to our cardiology service line, including those with myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, and heart failure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, patient-centered care to patients across the care continuum
- Work collaboratively with specialty teams to support patients with complex conditions
- Participate in on-going education and training to stay current with evidence-based practices

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Connecticut
- Certified or eligible for certification as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
