Job Title: Pastry Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Bold Bites Hospitality Group LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious pastry and dessert offerings that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Planning and Development:

• Develop and create new pastry and dessert items that align with our restaurant's theme and customer preferences.

• Collaborate with our head chef and kitchen team to ensure dessert offerings complement the overall menu.

Preparation and Production:

• Prepare a wide variety of desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods according to recipes or special requests.

• Ensure all pastry and baked items are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards.

Presentation:

• Plate desserts and pastries in an attractive and appealing manner.

• Ensure all items leaving the kitchen are visually appealing and meet presentation guidelines.

Kitchen Operations:

• Manage inventory and stock control of pastry ingredients and supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment.

• Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.

• Extensive knowledge of pastry and dessert techniques, ingredients, and recipes.

• Creativity and passion for pastry and dessert preparation.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Formal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts is a plus.
