Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce a variety of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads using large-scale baking techniques.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure efficient production and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred, not required).
  • Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and mix for extended periods.
  • Availability to work daytime/afternoon shifts, with flexibility to work during holiday seasons.
