As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business and commercial performance for our spirits portfolio within a designated set of key off-premise independent and chain accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build strong partnerships with off-premise decision makers, driving commercial growth and brand awareness.
  • Expand portfolio distribution, activate retail merchandising tactics, and ensure all covered accounts meet minimum off-premise brand standards.
  • Collaborate with agency management to ensure effective call frequency and commercial success through upselling, securing multiple SKU distribution, and driving visibility and displays.
  • Present and participate in client, distributor, and customer-facing meetings, communicating clearly and concisely with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Utilize online databases and systems to track territory progress, maintain open communication with field and HQ, and manage budget and records for monthly reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, with a minimum 2-3 years demonstrated sales experience.
  • Strong influencing and people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with VIP, Trax, Repsly preferred but not required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong budget management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and work independently.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and background check.
What We Offer:
  • Base compensation range: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 annually.
  • Bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
