Job Summary

MetroPlusHealth is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to support our members and stakeholders across the customer journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our members, from initial contact to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand member needs and develop solutions to improve the overall member experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member retention, including outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of member needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on system processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of member issues.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and minimum 1 year of experience in direct consumer contact, including customer engagement, customer services, sales, and community engagement.
  • High school degree and 3-5 years of experience in direct consumer contact, including customer engagement, customer services, sales, and community engagement.
  • Healthcare experience, especially in managed care, is preferred but not required.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Certified Application Counselor (CAC) certification within the first month of employment.
