Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners in the surrounding metropolitan area.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Adhere to a value-driven sales approach that emphasizes integrity and transparency.
  • Participate in training sessions and regular sales meetings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driver's license (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for daily appointments (mandatory).
  • Ability to lift and transport sample materials weighing between 20-60 lbs. (mandatory).
  • Proficient in using various applications on an iPad (mandatory).
  • No prior outside sales experience is necessary.
  • Eagerness to learn a structured and proven sales methodology.
  • A strong motivation and capability to close sales effectively.

Compensation:

This position offers an uncapped commission structure along with performance-based bonus opportunities.


Work Schedule:

Flexible scheduling options are available on a weekly basis, with required evening and weekend availability.
