Dentist - Community Health Clinic

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other procedures as needed.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, referring patients to specialists when necessary.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and best practices, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Graduation from an accredited dental school.
- Current California dental license.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to travel to multiple clinic sites as needed.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those from low-income backgrounds.
- Experience with electronic dental records (EDR) or similar software.
