Medical Clinic Operations Manager

At JWCH Institute, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Administrator to join our team at Wesley Health Centers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and monitoring all operational and financial aspects of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to clinical and front office staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement operational and financial plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinic Operations to enhance provider efficiency and resolve clinic-related issues.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to improve customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, including HIPAA.
- Manage the bus token program and perform weekly cash deposits.
- Conduct staff evaluations and complete checklists.
- Review and submit timesheets by the assigned due date.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans following internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the operational and financial aspects of a clinic.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other healthcare management software.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local funding designated for health services.
- Experience working with clients or patients and staff from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
- Valid Driver's License, if required for travel between sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and customer service.
